The dots in the iron are the maximum soleplate temperature: 1 dot up to 110 °C, 2 up to 150 °C, 3 up to 200 °C.
Iron on high (up to 200 °C)Three dots – soleplate up to 200 °C. How to read them
- Most irons have the same dots on the dial – just match them to the label.
- For a blend, use the setting for the most delicate fibre.
- Iron darks and shiny fabrics inside out or through a damp cloth.
