Why 24 cm is an EU 38
EU 38 fits feet up to 24.3 cm, while 37 only goes to 23.7 cm. For a 24 cm foot 37 is too short, so choose 38. The inside of the shoe will be ~25–25.5 cm – the room you need to walk.
If your foot is wide or high-arched, look for a roomier toe box or a 'wide' fitting.
How to measure accurately
Heel to the wall, paper under the foot, weight on it. Keep the ruler square to the wall and measure to the longest toe – not always the big toe. Wear the socks you'll wear with the shoes.
